| Second Combined Mobility Platform Workshop |
The momo partner UITP invites to a free workshop on combined mobility on 17 November 2010 in Brussels.
In order to face ever more complex mobility needs and to provide a complete mobility solution to their customers, public transport companies and organizing authorities are building intermodal strategic alliances with combined mobility services such as taxis, bikes and Car-Sharing. As stated in the UITP strategy for the sector, this will help public transport companies to become true mobility providers.
The UITP Combined Mobility Platform invites you to learn how car-sharing, bikes and taxis can support public transport and how a successful collaboration is mutually beneficial. Moreover, it helps to create a culture of more sustainable travel choices by citizens. A special focus will be set on Business travel options through Combined Mobility Services.

GoCar will open a new GoBase, its first in Dublin, on 1 September with 2 GoCars. The GoBase is just off Camden Street, in the South Inner City of Dublin. Further GoBases in Dublin are due to open later this year.
